DATA
REQUESTS.

Correction, removal, and suppression requests for the Central.Enterprises signals.

Data Sovereignty & Accuracy

Central.Enterprises operates as a neutral aggregator of public business signals. We recognize that the precision of our dataset is paramount not only for our users but also for the entities represented within the global company graph. While our primary data sources are official government registries (such as Companies House in the UK or the Registro Mercantil in Spain), inconsistencies can arise during the harmonization process.

If you represent a business entity or if you believe personal information appears in our datasets in a manner that exceeds the scope of public business records, you have the right to request rectification, suppression, or localized removal.

Legal Framework & Rights

Our data handling protocols are designed to align with international privacy standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European residents and the CCPA/CPRA for entities within California. We prioritize the following rights for all data subjects:

  • Right to Rectification: Correction of outdated or inaccurate financial or contact information.
  • Right to Erasure: Removal of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) that is not part of a mandatory public business record.
  • Right to Restriction: Temporarily halting the processing/display of a specific record during a validity dispute.
  • Right to Object: Opposing the secondary use of business signals for marketing purposes.

Submission Procedure

To ensure the integrity of the registry and prevent fraudulent take-down requests by competitors, all submissions must follow our verification protocol. Please direct your request to INFO@CENTRAL.ENTERPRISES with the subject line "Formal Data Request".

Required Information

  • [1] Reference ID: The specific URL or Record GUID found on our platform.
  • [2] Field Specification: Clearly identify which attribute (e.g., Phone, Email, Director Name) requires action.
  • [3] Verification: Provide proof of authorization (e.g., email from the corporate domain or a digitized official filing).
  • [4] Instruction: State whether you require a Correction, Suppression (hiding from public view), or Full Deletion.

Processing Timelines (SLA)

Once a request is logged, our data stewardship team follows a three-step validation process:

  1. Ingestion (24-48h): We confirm receipt and verify the requester's identity.
  2. Verification (3-5 Days): We cross-reference the requested change against our source APIs to ensure sitemap consistency.
  3. Propagation (48h): Once approved, the change is propagated across our CDN nodes and reflected in the daily Merkle Tree snapshot.
